The Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR Tollway) is a 42-kilometer expressway traversing the province of Batangas. It starts from the end of SLEX in Sto. Tomas and ends at the Batangas Port in Batangas City.
It is the main thoroughfare for motorists heading to Batangas City, Lipa, and Lemery, as well as for travelers catching RORO ferries to Mindoro and Visayas via Batangas Pier.
