How ExpresswayPH handles your data.

1 Overview
ExpresswayPH is an independent toll fee and travel-planning tool maintained by Jeric. You do not need an account to use the calculators, and the calculators do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details. If you voluntarily submit feedback through the Contact page, the form provider and site maintainer may receive the information you choose to provide.
2 Data we may process
Usage data. We may process anonymous aggregate data about how the app is used (for example, which pages are visited) to improve the service.
Technical data. Your browser or device may automatically send standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and operating system to our hosting provider.
Feedback data. If you use the external feedback form, you decide what information to submit. Google Forms processes that submission under its own privacy terms, and the site maintainer uses it to investigate corrections, respond to questions, or prioritize requests.
3 Advertising, Analytics, and Cookies
Google advertising cookies. ExpresswayPH may display advertising through Google AdSense after the site and account are approved. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites, measure ad performance, and prevent repeated ads.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or manage some third-party advertising choices through aboutads.info. Google also explains its use of advertising cookies in its advertising technologies documentation.
When configured and after analytics consent, ExpresswayPH may load Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate site usage and improve the service. These services may set cookies or process technical information under their own policies. Analytics is not loaded when analytics consent is declined.
ExpresswayPH stores consent choices and calculator preferences in local storage on your device. You can change these choices at any time using the Privacy settings link in the footer. Declining optional storage does not prevent access to the calculators.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, personalized Google ads require a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. This site's local preference control is not a substitute for that certified CMP; the owner must configure Google's approved consent solution before serving personalized ads to those users.

Your purchase data and personal information are handled directly by Shopee according to their own privacy policy. ExpresswayPH does not collect or have access to your personal purchase information, payment details, or order history.
The use of affiliate links does not influence our toll fee calculations or the accuracy of our expressway information. Our commitment to providing unbiased and accurate toll estimates remains our top priority.
You are not required to use these affiliate links to access ExpresswayPH's toll calculation features. All core functionality of the app remains free and accessible regardless of whether you use our affiliate links.
5 Third-party services
The application may be hosted on third-party infrastructure (such as a cloud provider). These providers may process technical data as part of operating the service, subject to their own privacy policies.
6 Data retention
We retain feedback submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate, respond to, and document corrections. Analytics and technical data are retained by the relevant service providers according to their settings and policies. Local consent and calculator preferences remain on your device until you clear them or change your choices.
7 Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "effective date" in the app. Your continued use of ExpresswayPH after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.

For privacy questions, data requests, or corrections, use the Contact page. The feedback form is the site's current contact channel; do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a submission.
