1 Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ExpresswayPH (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.
2 Nature of the Service
ExpresswayPH is a free online tool designed to provide estimated toll fees, travel times, and fuel costs for expressways in the Philippines.
Analytics & Usage Data: To improve the Service, we may collect and analyze usage events such as calculator searches and inputs (for example: selected vehicle class, entry/exit points, origin/destination, distance, fuel price, and fuel efficiency). This tracking is used only to understand how the Service is used and to improve features, performance, and data quality.
Disclaimer of Accuracy: While we strive to keep our data updated based on the latest Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) matrices, toll rates are subject to change without prior notice. The estimates provided by ExpresswayPH are for reference purposes only and should not be considered as official statements from any expressway operator.
3 No official affiliation
ExpresswayPH is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any expressway operator, government agency, or regulatory body.
4 No warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or any content.
5 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on toll estimates or route information.
6 User responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying official toll rates and advisories before traveling.
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm others.
7 Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8 Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the app owner or maintainer is based, unless otherwise required by local law.
